How Saktimat works
No app tour needed. Here's exactly what happens when you check in.
Morning
Morning sets your intention for the day. A few quick questions about your sleep, energy, and what's ahead, then you get a short, personalised briefing to start your day with.
Evening
Evening closes the loop. You reflect on how the day actually went, and Saktimat shows you your Alignment Compass, a simple signal for where you landed, not a score.
The Alignment Compass
After each evening check-in, you'll see one of five states: Grounded, Aligned, Drifting, Disconnected, or Overloaded. This isn't a grade. A hard day is data, not a failure. The first week is a calibration window. The more you check in, the more accurate it becomes.
Your patterns, your habits
Add the habits you actually want to track, not generic ones. Saktimat starts with three defaults, but you're in full control of what matters to you. Add small daily reminders too. Feeding the dog, taking medication, whatever helps you feel on top of your day.
Everything stays yours
Every check-in, every reflection, every note you leave yourself stays stored under your own history, reviewable anytime. Nothing is shared, nothing is sold. After 7 days, your first weekly pattern summary becomes available. A written reflection on what your data is starting to show.
